Why We Built This Site

No single Armstrong County counter holds every criminal record. The Clerk of Courts maintains Common Pleas case files, four Magisterial District Courts handle earlier or lower-level proceedings, and the arresting police agency keeps its incident report. The county jail creates booking and custody records, while PSP operates PATCH and the central criminal-history repository. Pennsylvania's Department of Corrections and Megan's Law Website answer different custody and registry questions. We built this resource to make those boundaries and official access routes easier to follow.
